Situated on close to 400 acres with some of the best views Sandpoint has to offer & named after the trains you can hear off in the far distance, the Iron Horse Ranch is full of hidden patches of paradise and scenic views that can transcend the hustle & bustle of the busy world around us.

Get away from the city venues with their crowded lots and prying eyes. Here at The Venue, we value your privacy for whatever type of event you are hosting.

As locals and owners, we value the natural and pristine views of our land, we even got married here! We are excited to share it with everyone whether that be photoshoots, parties, concerts, ceremonies and more.

EVENTS AT THE VENUE

*$3,000 (Friday only) (includes $1000 deposit, non-refundable)

  • Have up to 20-35 guests.

  • Chairs, tables and linens to accommodate.

  • Scheduled early access for photos, rehearsal and main event.

  • (Saturday - Sunday events cost an additional $700)

  • Full day access for photos, rehearsal and main event.

  • (Saturday- Sunday event cost an additional $700)

  • Weekdays and half days can be available upon request for reduced pricing.

  • Have up to 150 guests or less than 20.

  • Chairs table and linens to accommodate.
